I have no idea where to begin…
I have been trying to post at least one blog a week based off of what we learned. I only successfully have done that for the first week. Oops.
The second week of class we learned about hearing the voice of God. The biggest lesson learned there was: ask God questions. Not really the ‘why’ questions but the ‘what’ questions.
Every single person in the class had a word given to them from the speaker. She had been praying for us for weeks. She told me that this is the season where I was going to be pursued by God. & also that I was going to be readying myself for the bridegroom.
This third week we dove into Romans and talked a lot about a Biblical worldview.
One of the first questions asked was, “Would it be easier for you to change God to fit your beliefs, or for you to change your beliefs to fit the character of God?”
That is rough when thinking about injustices. We understand so little. We serve a God who is outside of time. A God that is not man. Whose thoughts we don’t understand.

This is Mel and I. She is my one on one. Basically an assigned mentor. She is SO awesome. & is challenging, encouraging, & praying for me so much.
MORE exciting news:
For anyone who doesn’t know me very well: I LOVE BABIES & midwifery & elderly people. To this day, not sure how it all fits together. BUT
I had lunch with a midwife this past week. There are some great programs designed to help women in underdeveloped countries.
Jeremiah 29:11
I know NOTHING about my future after late June… but if I wait, listen, & obey God…. the grace is going to ROCK MY WORLD in the best possible way. Thank you Jesus for allowing me to do anything on this earth.
