Memorial Day

I had the best day I have had since California :)

I got up and ran 2 miles. [I was convinced that I was turning into lard on a cellular level]

Went with my parents and a group of family friends that I haven’t hung out with in forever & went to a cave/ river in Lebanon. We had so much fun. Then I went and played volleyball for 2 hours with part of that same group & met some new people.

Thank you Lord for your creation. for rest. & for health.

I made memories but I still remembered a lot from the past. I pray that families of the Joplin tornado victims find peace…

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. (Matthew 11: 28-31)
